Holly Hunter was an American actress, who gained fame due to her roles in films Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles. Holly Hunter has won numerous awards, including an Oscar for her role in the film Piano. Actresses have an extensive history of working on Broadway off-Broadway, Broadway and various projects. As a child, Helen Keller was her favourite character in a fifth grade play. After suffering from the mumps, she became blind on the other side the ear. But, it didn't stop her from pursuing her dream to become an actor. She was a drama major at the college, and then moved to Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania to New York City to follow her dream. Hunter came across Beth Henley by chance in a lift. Together they composed Broadway Crimes of the Heart. The play was Hunter's first acting debut. Hunter moved from New York to Los Angeles and tried to find films roles. The film, Swing Shift, she landed an appearance as a supporting character. Her career spans more than 30 years, and she's been featured in many TV movies as well as series and films. Holly Hunter has a Hollywood Walk of Fame actor and won Women in Film Lucy Award.
